Refund / Return Policy – Joy City

Joy City aims to provide quality products and customer satisfaction. This policy explains conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested.

  1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. Customers must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with pictures or video proof. Products must be unused, with original packaging intact.

  1. Items Not Eligible

Products damaged due to customer handling, used items, hygiene-related toys, sale/discount items, and customised orders are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

  1. Replacement / Refund Process

Once verified, the product may be replaced or refunded, based on availability and assessment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

  1. Return Shipping

In case of approved returns for damaged or wrong products, reverse pickup will be arranged whenever possible. Where pickup is not available, the customer may ship the product, and courier charges will be reimbursed as per actual.
